On this page are the rules of the Piccolo Trail delle Bregonze race.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All athletes who are at least 18 years old on the day of the race can take part in the "Piccolo Trail delle Bregonze". Athletes must be in possession of a sports medical certificate for competitive athletics activity (D.M. 18.02.1982 tab. B) valid on the date of the race. In particular:
- competitive medical certificates for other sports are not valid for the purposes of participation;
- medical certificates that do not include the words: sport practiced "athletics" will not be accepted. "athletics".
ATLETI STRANIERI
Gli atleti stranieri dovranno fornire un certificato medico ai sensi della legge italiana (D.M. 18/02/1982) facendo compilare al proprio medico curante o medico specializzato in medicina sportiva questo modulo scaricabile, farlo firmare e timbrare dal medico e inviarlo insieme all’iscrizione. Il certificato deve:
- includere i riferimenti al DM 18/02/1982
- includere la dicitura “Atletica leggera”
- essere valido alla data della gara e deve scadere dopo l’evento (la data di scadenza deve essere chiaramente indicata)
- essere emesso massimo un anno prima della data della gara deve avere massimo 1 anno di validità.
Il mancato rispetto di tale data comporterà l’annullamento dell’iscrizione senza rimborso. Sono accettati certificati esclusivamente in Italiano e Inglese. Non sono accettate altre lingue. Il controllo dei certificati medici potrebbe richiedere alcuni giorni.
REGISTRATION AND FEES
Le iscrizioni, complete di cognome, nome, data di nascita, (eventuale) società di appartenenza, email e recapito telefonico nonché copia del certificato medico, dovranno pervenire entro le ore 19.00 di sabato 14 novembre 2026.
Le iscrizioni saranno chiuse in ogni caso al raggiungimento dei 200 iscritti (Challenge, 15 chilometri) e 300 iscritti (Extreme, 25 chilometri) sulle due distanze previste.
If needed, the organizers reserve the right to close registrations early or to accept registrations after the closing deadlines.
Registrations without medical certificate are not valid.

The list of partecipants and the status of the registration can be checked at any time at that web page.
BIB COLLECTION
The bib can be collected:
- Sabato 14 Novembre 2026: dalle 9.30 alle 12.30 e dalle 15.30 alle 19.30 presso il negozio KM42 Puro Sport via Prà Bordoni n°14 Zanè (VI).
- Domenica 15 novembre 2026: dalle 07.30 alle 08.30 presso la partenza della gara.

- 7.30 AM: meet at Scuole Elementari, via Compans, 9, Carrè (VI).
- 7.30 - 8.30 AM: new registrations (if bibs available)

- Ore 08.45 partenza di PTdB “Extreme” (25 km)
- Ore 09.30 partenza di PTdB “Challenge” (15 km)

BAGS STORAGE
There will be a bag storage, some rules:
- Do not put valuable objects in the bag, the organization is not responsible in case of theft or missing items
- Use small backpacks to respect all competitors and staff
ATTENTION: in case of non-compliance with the rules the bag will not be collected.
TIME LIMIT
The time limit to finish the race is 3 hours (Challenge) e 4,5 ore(Extreme).
TIMING AND CHIP
The timing service is by Evodata using an active microchip which also allows to record the actual time.
The chip is strictly personal and cannot be given to others.
The chip must be returned at the finish line. Failure to return will result in a €20 charge.
REFRESHMENTS
Sono previsti ristori con acqua e sali ogni 6-7 chilometri circa su entrambi i percorsi.
SPOGLIATOIO, DOCCE E SERVIZI IGIENICI
Spogliatoio, docce calde (a fine gara) e WC presso la palestra in zona partenza/arrivo.
Attenzione! Per motivi igienici, e nel rispetto di tutti i partecipanti, si entra in palestra solo con scarpe pulite, sia prima che dopo la corsa.
HEALTH SERVICE
Assistance will be guaranteed along the route by SOGIT Alto Vicentino.
RESULTS
Le classifiche saranno stilate con il rilevamento dei tempi in “gun time” (tempo dallo sparo) da Evodata.
Sarà possibile visualizzare le classifiche sul sito Endu e sul race web site at the end of the event.
AWARDS
Le premiazioni avverranno dalle 12.30 circa (orario da confermare) in zona arrivo, dove sarà possibile visionare la lista di tutti i premiati.
Saranno premiati i primi 3 arrivati maschili e femminili con prodotti enogastronomici e offerti dagli sponsor.
Age group awards:
- primi 3 maschili e femminili 40-55 anni (1971 – 1985)
- primi 3 maschili e femminili 56 anni e over (fino al 1970)
- atleta più giovane maschile e femminile
NB:
- The prizes can only be collected at the time of the award ceremony.
- No written nor verbal communication will be given to the winners in case of absence at the awards ceremony.
- Undelivered prizes will not be sent home.
- There are no cash prizes.
PHOTOSHOOT
Photos of the race will be available on account Runners Team Zanè Flickr. As soon as available, communication will be sent to all partecipants.
FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE
In case of failure to participate in the race, the registration fees are not refundable.
However, the athlete unable to participate in the race, has two alternatives:
- trasferire l’iscrizione al Piccolo Trail delle Bregonze 2027, previo versamento di un supplemento di € 5,00 per diritti di segreteria e previa comunicazione scritta entro il 8 Novembre 2026;
- trasferire l’iscrizione al Piccolo Trail delle Bregonze 2026 ad un’altra persona, previo versamento di un supplemento di € 5,00 per diritti di segreteria e previa comunicazione entro il 8 novembre 2026.
The replacement registered person must provide all personal information relating to the membership as if it were a new registration. A new available bib number will be assigned.
Communications must be sent to info @ runnersteamzane . it.
IMAGE RIGHTS
Con la sottoscrizione dell’iscrizione alla gara “Piccolo Trail delle Bregonze”, l’atleta, sin da ora, autorizza espressamente l’organizzazione all’utilizzo gratuito di immagini, fisse e/o in movimento, ritraenti la propria persona e prese in occasione della sua partecipazione alla gara.
This authorization for the use of your image must be considered granted for an indefinite period and without territorial limits throughout the world, for use in various publications and films, including, but not limited to, promotional and/or advertising materials and made on all media.
The organization may also transfer the rights of use provided for in this agreement to third parties, its institutional and commercial partners.
PRIVACY
Information Art. 13 DLGS 196/2003 – Protection of privacy
By signing up for the race, the participant accepts that personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes strictly connected to participation in the sporting event, in particular:
- to register for the event and for all related and consequential obligations;
- to send the newsletter updating the status of activities and updates related to the event (such as, for example, delays, route changes, updates to regulations);
- for updates relating to the activities of the Organization as defined above;
- for entering personal data into company IT databases;
- for fulfillments and obligations established by laws, regulations and community regulations or by provisions issued by authorities legitimated by law and by supervisory and control bodies.
The provision of data is mandatory to achieve the purposes connected to the registration and the obligations established by laws or other regulations, and is necessary for the correct establishment and continuation of the established relationship.
DISCLAIMER
The participant acknowledges that participating in this event is potentially dangerous and that he should not register and take part unless he is medically fit and adequately trained.
The participant assumes full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur while traveling to or from the event, during the event or while in the locations where the event takes place. He is also aware of the risks associated with participation in this event, such as (by way of example and not as a limitation) falls, contact with other participants, effects of wind, traffic and road conditions, and therefore assumes responsibility for them.
Entrant, for himself and his heirs and executors, hereby waives, forever releases and releases the event organizers, sponsors, promoters and each of their agents, representatives, successors and executors, and all other people in any way associated with this event, (hereinafter "the Organization" from any liability, claim, legal action and compensation for damages that may be brought against them as a result of their participation in this event, or in any way connected with the same.

Con la sottoscrizione dell’iscrizione alla gara “Piccolo Trail delle Bregonze” l’atleta dichiara di conoscere ed accettare il regolamento della “Piccolo Trail delle Bregonze”, pubblicato sul sito www.runnersteamzane.it e di aver compiuto i 18 anni alla data della manifestazione.
He also expressly declares under his own responsibility that he has declared the truth (art. 2 law 01/04/1968 n° 15 as amended by art. 3 paragraph 10 law 05/15/1997 n° 127), and to exempt the organizers from any liability, both civil and criminal, for damage to people and/or things caused by him or derived from him.

Mi assumo tutti i rischi derivanti dalla mia partecipazione all’evento: cadute, contatti con veicoli, con altri partecipanti, spettatori o altro, condizione di tempo, incluso caldo torrido, freddo estremo e/o umido, traffico e condizioni della strada, ogni tipo di rischio ben conosciuto e da me valutato e ogni conseguenza derivante da malori e/o infortuni subiti o cagionati a sé o a terzi, anche imputabili alla non idonea condizione fisica, che possano manifestarsi durante e dopo la partecipazione all’evento. Dichiaro quindi di rinunciare, ora e per il futuro, per mio conto e per quello del minore di cui sono genitore o responsabile, a qualsiasi richiesta di risarcimento e indennizzo in relazione a quanto sopra. Sollevo e libero, nella misura più ampia concessa dalle norme imperative vigenti, l’organizzatore della Piccolo Trail delle Bregonze Runners Team Zanè ASD, tutti gli Sponsor e Partner dell’evento, i rispettivi rappresentanti, successori, funzionari, direttori, membri, agenti ed impiegati delle Società sopra citate, di tutti i presenti e futuri reclami o responsabilità di ogni tipo, conosciuti o sconosciuti, derivati dalla mia partecipazione all’evento e da quella di chi vi partecipa sotto la mia responsabilità.”
FINAL WARNINGS
The organization reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time in order to guarantee better organization of the race.
For anything not provided for in this regulation, the technical statutory regulations of FIDAL apply.
Any changes to services, places and times will be appropriately communicated to partecipants or will be reported on the website www.runnersteamzane.it/gare
The documentation containing the essential information for collecting the bib and taking part in the race will be sent by the organization to each registered athlete.
